Welcome to my blog. Today I wanted to tell you about who I am what my practice means to me. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, comfortable calming environment, to help you open up and learn new coping and relaxation skills.  I want to create a safe,  non judgemental environment where no problem is too big or to small for us to discuss and process and you and I will collaborate together to find new ways to cope.
