How to be mindful

 Non Judgmentally

  • See but do not evaluate focus on the facts not the “good/ bad or should/ should not
  • “Unplug your opinions from facts
  • Accept each moment  you can acknowledge what is helpful or harmful but do not judge it

One mind track

  • Do one thing at a time
  • let go of distractions
  • Concentrate on your mind

Effectively

  • Focus on what works- do what needs to be done stay away from “fair/unfair, right/wrong”
  • Act as skillfully as you can
  • Keep and eye on your goal
  • Let go of revenge, anger and judgement it only hurts you and doesn’t work!
